1. Returns & Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 calendar days from the date your order was delivered. To qualify for a full refund, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same pristine condition that you received it.
- All original tags, packaging, and labels must remain intact and attached to the garment.
- A valid receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase must be provided with the return request.
2. Non-Returnable Items
To maintain high standards of hygiene and exclusivity, the following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged:
- Intimates, bodysuits, and swimwear.
- Custom-made, tailored, or personalized items.
- Items purchased during promotional clearance or designated “Final Sale” events.
- Gift cards.
3. The Refund Process
- Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our eligibility requirements. We will notify you via email as soon as this review is complete.
- Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund directly to your original method of payment.
- Timeline: Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the credit to reflect on your statement, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.
4. Shipping Fees
- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning an item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If your return is due to an error on our part, Bless Couture will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

6. Exchanges
